There are several dozen videos on YouTube now, that let you see and hear Moselle in action.
Almost all the videos show the entire demo patch you're hearing, in the editor window on the screen. Most also the keyboard performing the sounds you hear.
Note these patches were mostly made to show how easy it is to do novel things with moselle, not to "sound great." To keep them as simple as possible, most just have a single sawtooth oscillator, or no filter, no anti-key-click, not even an envelope, and so on.
